Amazing! Everything is exactly as presented online. Spectacular views, everyday a different and more beautiful sunrise. Went there by myself & felt very safe. Hosts facilitated a very private stay, yet they were super responsive and had a wealth of resources and opportunities as needed. Favorites were the private pool, walking distance to two amazing restaurants, the little store that literally has everything, and beware of the delicious bakery LOL. Oh, the traditional croissants! Coralita Beach right at the bottom of the hill. Quiet. I got around with a taxi so I didn't have to rent a car, but they have space for one there on the gated property. I can't say enough good things about my month-long stay.

Villa Magic SXM exceeded all expectations. The stunning view alone is worth the visit, offering a serene escape from the world. The pool is a lovely addition, perfect for lazy afternoons soaking up the sun. The privacy and tranquility of this oasis make it a truly rejuvenating experience. Moreover, the owners are incredibly warm and accommodating, making the stay even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in Saint Martin!

With a heavy heart 👁️, we leave this wonderful place. We felt very well taken care of in this lovely vacation apartment by our German hosts. The apartment is beautifully furnished and very well maintained. We agree with the previous reviewers; everything has already been said. The apartment has everything you need: a well-equipped kitchen, towels in the bathroom, a hairdryer, shower gel, and shampoo in the shower cubicle. You can enjoy breakfast in the sunshine. The pool is also excellent. We used it both morning and evening. With a rental car, you can easily explore the island. There are many beaches to discover, as well as excellent French restaurants. A supermarket with a gas station is very close by. A bakery is right across the street. Have a wonderful time, new guests!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic stay at Villa Magic SXM! 🌴☀️ We had a wonderful stay and can absolutely recommend Villa Magic SXM. 🏝️ We would especially like to highlight the flexible and very accommodating service. Due to a flight delay, we were only able to arrive a day later. Extending our stay by one day was completely hassle-free and even free of charge – as the villa was fortunately still available. 👍 The welcome was very warm and personal. As a nice surprise, there was even a chilled beer in the fridge – a great start to our vacation! 🍺 The villa is extremely well-equipped, and you really don't lack anything. The two spacious, luxurious terraces are particularly fantastic; they are fully furnished and offer plenty of space to relax. Both have sea views – a dream! 🌴🍹 The air conditioning in every room also ensures comfortable temperatures. ❄️ And for those who haven't had enough after a day in the Caribbean Sea: a sun-drenched, private pool awaits ☀️! Fantastic!! There were three of us: in the living room, a large, new sofa bed with excellent springs awaited us – very comfortable for sleeping. The bed in the bedroom was also very good 👍! Overall, a fantastic, spotlessly clean accommodation with plenty of comfort and very personal and uncomplicated service. Angie and Thommy know SXM inside and out with 11 years of experience, and we were so lucky 🍀 to benefit from their insider knowledge. We spent a relaxing week there!!
